Compliance Administrator (up to £37,000 full-time equivalent), 12 month fixed term contract
3 days per week

As a Compliance Administrator you will;
- Administer supplier compliance processes, including ethical, environmental and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, trackers and registers for suppliers and sites.
- Support regulatory compliance projects by gathering, validating and logging required data and documentation.
- Coordinate third‑party audits (e.g., ethical or social audits), including booking audits, issuing documentation requests, and tracking outcomes.
- Chase suppliers for outstanding audit materials, corrective action plans and follow‑up evidence.
- File audit reports, certificates and related documentation in line with internal standards.
- Act as a day‑to‑day contact for suppliers regarding compliance documentation and follow‑ups.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Production, Finance and Operations to support compliance activity.
- Escalate risks, delays or non‑compliance issues where appropriate.
- Maintain compliance trackers and dashboards to provide visibility of status and risk.
- Support reporting into management or board‑level updates with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
- Ensure records are audit‑ready and stored in line with data and document control requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance processes and guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency, consistency and accuracy.
- Support ad‑hoc compliance and operational projects as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, compliance or governance‑related role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence managing trackers, documents and deadlines across multiple suppliers or stakeholders.
- Clear, professional written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/spreadsheets and shared document systems.
- Experience working with suppliers or external partners.
- Familiarity with ethical, environmental or supply‑chain compliance (e.g., audits, certifications, questionnaires).
- Experience in media, publishing, manufacturing or print environments.
- Methodical, reliable and highly organised.
- Comfortable chasing information and keeping others on track.
- Pragmatic and solutions‑focused.
- Able to manage confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
