Immediate celebrates Gold Signal Podcast Award win
Wednesday 21 October 2026
Immediate has picked up a Gold Signal Award for Screw This… Let’s Try Something Else, its podcast series created with storytelling lab Antidote.
Hosted by Maryam Pasha and Matt Golding, the podcast showcases communities across the UK who are rebuilding food systems, rethinking housing, generating their own energy, revitalising high streets and reshaping local democracy from the ground up, in replicable ways.
The award recognises the creativity and collaboration behind the series and the communities whose ideas and experiences it shares.
“I’m so chuffed that Screw This… Let’s Try Something Else has won a Gold Signal Award. A huge thank you to all the brilliant people and communities who contributed to it. I’m proud to have played a small part in sharing these stories with a wider audience.”
