MadeForMums, the UK’s largest online parenting media brand*, has announced the launch of its new video podcast, The Late-Night Parents Club, hosted by broadcaster and former The Traitors contestant Minah Shannon.ย ย

Launching at 11pm on Tuesday 20 October, with new episodes every Tuesday and Thursday until 10 December, the series offers comfort, connection and honest conversation for parents navigating the quieter, and often lonelier, hours of the night.ย

Each episode has been specifically designed for the small hours. Shot in low light with soft audio, it feels calming and intimate and, most importantly, can be watched or listened to without disturbing a sleeping baby.ย

Across a 16-episode season, Minah is joined by experts and guests for themed conversations offering comfort, practical insight and small moments of joy when it is needed most. Topics include:ย

  • Breastfeeding support, with newborn expertsย
  • Newborn sleep and sleep trainingย
  • Birth recoveryย
  • Maternal mental healthย
  • Combination feedingย
  • Relationships and identity in early motherhoodย
  • Navigating the pressure to “get it right”ย

Every episode also features a special voice note from a familiar face, responding to a themed parenting question with their own experiences, advice and honest reflections.ย ย

This season’s contributors include broadcaster and author Gemma Cairney, influencer and mum Susie Verrill, and parenting content creators Chloe and GB Gill, bringing their own perspectives on the highs, lows and unexpected moments of family life.ย

“Nobody gives you a handbook for parenting, yet somehow we’re all expected to know what we’re doing!ย The Late-Night Parents Club is all about asking the questions we’re sometimes too embarrassed to say out loud, hearing from brilliant experts and being honest about how messy, funny and overwhelming family life can be.ย If we can turn those lonely late-night moments into something that feels a little less overwhelming, that’s what it’s all about.”
